INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

What is it?

The International Leadership Conference, also known as Internationals or ILC, is an annual conference where all HOSA chapters worldwide gather to take full advantage of HOSA's Opportunities. To participate in ILC, you or your team MUST score in the Top 3 at SLC or receive a Recognition Award. Members are given the opportunity to network with one another. HOSA's professional partners present Educational Seminars, Workshops & Exhibits that provide Information about current health care issues, and exciting general sessions which provide recognition and opportunity for all HOSA members!

When & Where?

International Leadership Conference is on June 21-24, 2025 and takes place at Dallas Convention Center, Dallas, TX

Costs

The total cost of attendance for the International Leadership Conference is [TBD]

All attendees are responsible for purchasing their own Official HOSA Uniform and other required attire — please check General Competitions Info to see the dress code. Attendees also MUST bring their own money to cover at least 12 meals. 

Room Assignments

All attendees will be required to fill out a Google Form with whom they wish to share a room. All roommate requests will be taken into consideration by officers and Ms. Johnson when deciding on roommates. Before leaving for ILC, all attendees will be notified of who their roommates are. No rooms will be co-ed. All attendees in a room will be of the same gender.

Forms & Payments

All members that are participating in ILC will be given forms via email.

The payments for ILC MUST be written in a check made out to Piscataway BoE, "ILC 25" along with 'your student ID, initials' must go in the memo field.

All forms and payments are due [TBD — Mid-April 2023].

Transportation & Lodging 

All attendees will fly to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and will stay overnight at the hotel during ILC.

 

All attendees MUST pack:

  • A charger for all devices brought to ILC

  • Official HOSA Uniform 

  • [TBD] sets of Business Attire 

  • [TBD] sets of Casual Attire

  • All materials needed to participate in your competitive event
