HOW TO BECOME AN OFFICER?

Piscataway HOSA runs on a 'Point System' throughout the year where members can earn points by participating in meetings/events, volunteering, attending meetings/events, etc. By accumulating these points, you set yourself apart from the average member and when election season arrives in April, you would have a good chance of running for the available officer positions.

More information regarding the application process will be released in April; however, we operate on an application-interview process — meaning candidates will most likely have to fill out a small written application and will be interviewed by a few current officers and the advisor.

Most importantly, it is necessary to understand that all we genuinely look for is passion and dedication to the club which can be shown in several different manners — an important one is to be PRESENT throughout the year! Running for an officer position is rewarding and we highly encourage our members to make the most of the opportunity!
